Korean Feast at Heidi's: Korean Pork, Kim Chee Pancakes

At this point, these are the ingredients that I remember. Sorry everything is so vague. One day, I'll cook it myself and figure out the portions. Everything is available at Zion Market, where produce is on steroids. (PS: Susanne is holding GREEN ONIONS in the photo above, not leeks!!! AHHH!!!)

Tasty Pork

crushed garlic
pork
red chili paste
sugar
soy sauce
sesame oil

onions
enoki mushrooms
chopped, white squishy mushrooms
Combine everything from garlic to sesame oil. Heat a pan. Cook onions and oil, then add the meat and then the mushrooms.

Kim Chee Pancake
Korean pancake mix
2 eggs
2 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
water
1/4 of a small onion, cut into slivers
1/2 C of kim chee
Whisk the mix, water, and eggs till pancake consistency. Add the other ingredients. Pan fry like typical pancake.

Heidi, you are so awesome! Thank you for teaching, cooking, and caring for us!
