Brie, Turkey & Cranberry Sandwiches on the Beach!

Bread and Cie's Country Levain Bread, sliced thin (or sourdough)
Boar's Head's Oven Roasted Turkey, or roasted chicken
Canned cranberry sauce (I prefer the whole cranberry, but jelly works too)
Brie, sliced
Red onions, sliced

Assemble any way you'd like. If eating immediately, you can also toast the bread in a pan with olive oil and warm up the brie.
