Basic Caprese

Can you see it in this photo? Third dish from the front? hahaha
Mozarella, sliced into thin rounds
Vine ripened tomatoes (not beefsteak nor roma)
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Fresh basil chiffonade
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Layer the mozarella on the bottom, then tomato, then drizzle with oil and vinegar. Top with basil and lightly sprinkle salt and pepper.
