Smoked Wild Salmon Toasts


Cream sauce
Creme fraiche, or sour cream, or labne
horseradish (optional)
lemon juice
pinch of salt

Mini toasts and/or slices of cucumber
Smoked Salmon

Garnish
lemon zest
chopped fresh dill
Mix all ingredients for cream sauce.

Top mini toasts with salmon, a dollop of cream, then garnish with fresh dill and lemon zest.
