Sun Dried Tomato and Habanero tortillas by TJHeat olive oil in a pan. Add the red onion and cook until softened then add the garlic. Heat the tortillas on both sides in a dry pan. When you flip the tortilla for the first time, sprinkle some cheese, then some garlic/onion mixture and heat till the cheese is melted. Then top with tomatoes and basil.
4 Cheese Mix- Parmesan, Asiago, Mozarella, Provolone
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Chopped Tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes jarred in oil
Fresh Basil, thinly sliced
