8 oz baby broccoliRinse the broccoli, steam for 5 minutes or until bright green, tender, but still with a crunch. Alternatively, you can boil 1" of water and put the greens directly in the pot and cover for the same amount of time. Plate the broccoli, then drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. Sprinkle the fresh garlic on top.
