2 c rolled oats
½ C bran flakes¼ tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp brown sugar2-3 Tbsp golden roasted flax seeds (very important!)1 Tbsp canola oil1/3 C dried fruit (chopped dried apricots, dried cherries)1/4 C almond slices
Bake at 250 degrees on a jelly roll pan sprayed with oil about 25 minutes, stirring after the first 15 minutes. Add the almonds and bake for remaining 10 minutes. Cool completely and mix with fruit.
