1 clove garlic, mincedHeat up the oil in a pan and add the garlic. When garlic is softened, add the vegetables. Toss the cooked noodles in the pan and drizzle with a little more oil and sprinkle with a handful of cheese. Give it another toss and serve immediately. Salt and pepper it to taste.
