Velveeta (we got the standard block. Was that a pound?), cubedYou can use more or less velveeta depending on how much cheese you want. We didn't use the whole box, but at least half. Toss all in a pot (see below) and heat on low medium heat, stirring to make sure the cheese doesn't burn until the velveeta is melted.
